Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective
  • Underwear, swimwear, and jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order history
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Follow the prompts to initiate your return
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label
  5. Package your items securely in their original packaging if possible
  6. Attach the return label and drop off at your nearest shipping location

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible, as exchanges may take longer to process.
